Shipping Policy:
All orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your package.
Overnight delivery is available in most areas, ensuring arrival on the following day.
Please note that UPS packages will necessitate an adult signature upon delivery.
While we strive to provide a smooth shipping experience, please be aware that shipping-related concerns are primarily managed by UPS or USPS, and our influence over their operations is limited.
Return and Refund Policy:
At Edify, your satisfaction is our priority. If our hemp CBD products don’t meet your expectations, return them unused in their original sealed packaging within thirty days of purchase for store credit. You’ll cover return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on the original invoice price to cover processing. Packages must be unopened and factory-sealed to qualify for store credit. Returns are for the products only we do not currently refund shipping costs. Note that our payment processor has changed their policy and does not refund transaction fees on returns. Items must be in their original condition with a receipt or proof of purchase. Bulk wholesale orders are subject to review on a case-by-case basis for store credit eligibility. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit.
