2. Shipping: All US orders ship free via ground and typically arrive within 7 days. A tracking number is sent by email or text when your order ships.  

3. Destinations: We ship to addresses in the United States and select international destinations. Some products cannot ship to every state; checkout will confirm availability to your address.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments: If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact  support@edifyone.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we'll resolve it promptly.
